CTO/Co-founder

Anton has 17+ years of experience in technology and quantitative development in hedge funds and investment banking space. Anton has experience building front-office and analytical systems and tools across Equity, Futures and Fixed Income asset classes in Risk Management, Algo Trading and Index Construction domains. Anton holds FRM, CQF and CFA Level 1 certifications.

Anton Kapkin

CEO/Co-founder

Anton is a seasoned investment and finance professional. For a major part of his career, Anton worked at Dolfin Financial, a Mayfair-based firm, where he was actively engaged in business formation and development. The company went through the cycle of development from a start-up family office to a multi-service FCA-regulated investment and brokerage business. More recently, Anton has focused on advising UHNWIs on venture capital investments.

Anton Arkhipov

Architect/DevOps

Anton has a solid background as a DevOps engineer and Chief Information Officer. Anton headed an IT department at Tatris Group, where he successfully completed multiple complex technology projects. He worked as a developer at Dataport Systems.

Aliaksandr Hrytsak

Senior Frontend Developer

Aliaksandr is a Full-Stack/Frontend Developer with 8+ years of experience in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and .NET. He has extensive experience building scalable solutions and launching projects from scratch across domains such as fintech, healthcare, and productivity tools.He specializes in designing efficient architectures, optimizing performance, and forming and managing teams in numerous successful startups.

Kirill Koshelev

Architect/Senior Backend Developer

Kirill has 14+ years of professional experience as a big data engineer and software architect. Kirill has vast experience in building various systems related to trading applications covering different asset classes, including automated and algorithmic trading. Kirill led the development and software architecture.

Maria Mezhueva

UX/UI Designer

Maria is an interface and product designer with more than 4 years of experience. She graduated from St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University. She worked in companies such as Convenient Route, where she developed designs for validators in public transport, and also worked at Garpix where she developed website designs, web applications and mobile applications.
