- Technical problems with the app(can’t sign in, the app is crashing, a screen isn’t loading) — contact icebrg at info@icebrg.co.
- Questions about your accounts, holdings, performance, or orders — please contact your investment manager or wealth adviser. They manage your accounts and are best placed to help.
- Forgotten password or locked out— use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen, or contact your adviser if your account needs to be reset.
- Privacy and data queries — see our Privacy Policy, or email info@icebrg.co.
- Complaints— if something has gone wrong and you wish to make a complaint about the regulated service, this is handled by your regulated firm.
Frequently asked questions
Who can use the app?
The icebrg app is for existing clients of investment firms using the icebrg platform. You need login credentials issued by your adviser to sign in.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use strong encryption in transit and at rest, support biometric sign-in (Face ID and Touch ID), and follow industry-standard security practices. Biometric credentials never leave your device.
Why can’t I see all of my accounts?
Accounts visible in the app are those held through the investment firm that issued your credentials. If you think an account is missing, please contact your adviser.
How are valuations updated?
Valuations reflect the latest pricing data available from our market-data and custody partners. They may be delayed and may not reflect real-time prices. Intra-day update frequency depends on the asset class and the underlying data provider.
Can I place trades or move money in the app?
The current version of the app is an information and viewing tool. Instructions relating to trades, deposits, withdrawals and other transactions should be raised with your adviser.
How do I delete my account?
You can request deletion using the in-app account-deletion option, or by contacting your adviser or emailing info@icebrg.co. Account access is administered by the firm that issued your credentials. Please note that some data must be retained for regulatory periods even after account closure — see our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion Policy.
What device and OS do I need?
The app is available for iPhone running iOS 15 or later.
